Please read them carefully before using this Service.

You may cancel your session at any time using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email. Cancelling a session will release that time slot back into availability.

Sessions may only be rescheduled with a minuimum of 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling is completed by cancelling the existing booking and selecting a new available time using the original booking link.

Changes within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not permitted. The automated booking system will not allow modifications within this period, and the session will be forfeited.

If no suitable rescheduling times are available and your request is genuinely urgent, you may contact directly to request an alternative time. Availability for an alternative session time is not guaranteed.

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you do not attend within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered forfeited.

Sessions that start late due to client not arriving on time will still finish at the appointed time, in order to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled or refunded.

Refunds are available if a session is cancelled permanently with more than 24 hours notice.

All approved refunds are subject to a $15 administration fee, which covers processing and transaction costs.

Refunds are not processed automatically through the payment and calendar system. To request a refund, clients must email their bank account details to hello@leoniewenglish.com Please ensure you provide adequate identification information to assist with processing.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer at the earliest reasonable convenience.

This booking system is designed for straightforward scheduling and rescheduling.

Excessive cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in future bookings being declined at discretion.
